Campuses are asked to review the functionality of the tool and provide testing results to the Transfer and Articulation Office. As part of campus-level testing, campuses will be asked to conduct updates to records within their SIS or related system to ensure that current, accurate information is included in the records. Please refer to guidance provided during group meetings or contact us for assistance. Technical and data entry assistance is available.

Phase I Test Plan for 4-Year Campuses
This testing plan/script applies to STEP groups 1-4. Campuses are asked to conduct a high-level review of the application and review the accuracy of their own campus records using the basic lookup. Testing URLs are provided on the form. (Authentication Required)
Non-Ellucian Test Plan for 4-Year Campuses
This testing plan is for non-Ellucian campuses that will be providing data through a means other than Degree Works. This applies to STEP group 5. (Authentication Required)
Known Issues
Please review the list of known issues. Campuses are not expected to address items or display errors that are a result of known issues, unless it is determined that the issues are not a system error.
Deadlines for data editing and cleanup are listed below. Deadlines may be adjusted pending the outcome of system updates, patches and releases.
