Principles of Management

Course Description

This course focuses on organizational and behavioral theories on the macro and micro levels applicable to all organizations: profit and nonprofit, manufacturing and services, and domestic and international. This course introduces students to the management functions of planning, organizing, leading and controlling along with managerial skills and tools. Lower division course appropriate for students majoring in areas other than business.
