If you are interested in more advanced or in-depth instructions, you may also review Microsoft's PowerBI Documentation which also includes information related to creating reports and analyzing data.

Expanded View

To get a better look at data, you can use full-screen mode by clicking the icon in the menu at the bottom of the report. This will open the report full-screen.  To leave full-screen mode, simply click your "escape" button or minimize the window. You may also use the slider to zoom in and out of the report without opening it in a full-screen view.

Exporting Data

To export data, you must be an authenticated user via SUNY Federation. If an authenticated report option is available, it will be listed and linked at the top of the report.  When selecting the link, you will be prompted to enter your email address (if you are not authenticated) or it will open the app.powerbi.com portal using your credential. Depending on your campus setup, you may be required to ask for access.
